Tlos and Saklikent Gorge

This daily tour includes visits to the ancient Lycian city of Tlos, a waterfall, and the famous Saklıkent Gorge. After exploring Tlos and enjoying lunch at Yaka Park, the tour proceeds to Saklıkent Gorge for a river walk or to paddle down the river in a dinghy.

How it Works...

This daily tour includes visits to the nearby ancient Lycian city of Tlos and the famous Saklıkent Gorge with a licensed tour guide. Guests are picked up from their hotels in the morning by an air-conditioned coach and taken to Tlos ancient city, where the tour guide provides detailed information about its history. After exploring Tlos and enjoying some free time, guests proceed to Yaka Park for lunch at a man-made trout farm surrounded by beautiful nature and cold spring pools.

Following lunch, the tour continues to Saklıkent Gorge, one of Europe's longest gorges, where guests can walk or paddle in a dinghy down the river within the national park. It's important to note that the water can be cold, providing a challenging but exhilarating experience. The tour concludes with transportation back to the hotels. Tlos & Saklıkent excursion is available twice a week for a limited number of guests.
